General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of made-to-measure dresses offered through the website [Website Name] (hereinafter "the Seller") to any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer"). Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products The products offered are dresses made to measure, according to the specifications provided by the Customer (measurements, fabric choice, design, options, etc.). Each dress is unique and personalised, which excludes any possibility of standard resale.

3. Orders The Customer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

  • precise measurements,
  • choice of options,
  • delivery details.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the Customer when entering information. The order is considered final upon payment confirmation.

4. Pricing Prices are indicated in [currency] inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are: Credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay.

6. Production and Delivery Timeframes As dresses are made to measure, the production lead time is between 3 and 6 weeks from the date the order is confirmed. This timeframe is indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the order or production workload. Delivery takes place after production, using the shipping method chosen by the Customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products. Accordingly:

  • No refund or exchange will be accepted for made-to-measure dresses,
  • except in the event of a proven defect or non-conformity.

8. Claims Any claim must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, accompanied by supporting evidence (photos, precise description of the issue). In the event of a defect acknowledged as attributable to the Seller, a resolution may be proposed (alteration, repair, or goodwill gesture).

9. Liability The Seller cannot be held liable for:

  • errors in measurements provided by the Customer,
  • minor colour differences due to screen display settings,
  • delays attributable to carriers.

10. Intellectual Property All designs, patterns, photographs, and website content are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

11. Personal Data Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

12. Applicable Law These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.
